Your pet will be registered and further information about your visit will be gathered over the phone. When your pet is ready to be examined, two masked adult pet owners will be permitted into the facility with their pet for the duration of the visit.
If your pet needs immediate attention on arrival, please advise us when you call inside. Your pet will be evaluated in the parking lot and brought inside if required while information is gathered over the phone.
Anyone currently ill or who has tested positive for COVID within the past 5 days will not be permitted in the facility.
